Responsible for the design and project management of the replacement and rehabilitation of the Singh LP fueling station in Chester PA. Rehabilitation included the replacement of (2) 10,000 and 12,000 gasoline tanks supplying diesel, premium, and regular fuel to new Ovation dispensers. Design also included the demolition of existing structures and the new construction of a 30’ x 40’ convenience store building with mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems, service of prepared foods in the building and all appurtenant equipment. Services also included the filing of zoning, building, and planning permits and applications. Coordination between the station operation, construction contractor, and permitting agencies were performed to facilitate design and construction of the station. (2018-Present)

Responsible for the design and project management of the rehabilitation of the SMC Inc convenience store and fueling station in Collingdale PA. Design includes the demolition of existing interior and exterior structures and the renovation of the convenience store with mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems, service of prepared foods in the building and all appurtenant equipment. Project includes the feasibility implementation of a liquor license, installation of coffee bar, pizza service, coolers, ADA requirements, and high-end interior finishes. Services also included the filing of zoning, building, and planning permits and applications. Coordination between the station operation, construction contractor, and permitting agencies were performed to facilitate renovation. (2018-Present)

The revitalized new gas station store was upgraded in several capacities including the capacity to prepare deep fried foods. Responsible for the design and project management of three 200 to 700 gpm sewer pump stations. Coordinated with client, permitting agencies, client manager, draftsman, vendors, and contractors to facilitate design and construction. (2015-present)

Fire Hydrant Replacement Program, Township of Maple Shade, Burlington County, NJ

Responsible for the design and project management of fire hydrant replacements throughout the township. Developed bids, specifications, and plans for the construction of fire hydrants including piping and water system evaluation. (2015-present)

Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations West Drive & Fourth Avenue, Borough of West Cape May, Cape May County, NJ

Responsible for the design and project management of the rehabilitation of sewer pump stations. Developed bids, specifications, and plans for the replacement of pumps, bar screens, wet well top slabs, piping, and all associated appurtenances. (2015-2016)
