Responsible for the design and project management of the replacement and rehabilitation of the Singh LP fueling station in Chester PA. Rehabilitation included the replacement of (2) 10,000 and 12,000 gasoline tanks supplying diesel, premium, and regular fuel to new Ovation dispensers. Design also included the demolition of existing structures and the new construction of a 30’ x 40’ convenience store building with mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems, service of prepared foods in the building and all appurtenant equipment. Services also included the filing of zoning, building, and planning permits and applications. Coordination between the station operation, construction contractor, and permitting agencies were performed to facilitate design and construction of the station. (2018-Present)
